Are you our new Troubleshooter Technician for Gothenburg?

Come aboard and use your technical expertise in an innovative and future-proof area. You will report to the Customer Depot Manager and work alongside engaged, motivated, and dedicated colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing warranty actions on M33/M34 trams at multiple depots in Gothenburg, including warranty repairs, troubleshooting, modifications, commissioning of M33/M34 trams
• Conducting troubleshooting and warranty repairs on M33/M34 trams
• Carrying out tests and commissioning of vehicles according to instructions
• Managing technical inspections (technical surveys)
• Responsible for reporting field data and other administration such as forms and documentation
• Supporting the validation of maintenance documentation
• Staying updated on changes in maintenance documentation
• Performing modifications according to instructions and drawing documentation in English
• Recording completed warranty work and root cause analyses (in English) in the digital maintenance system Maximo
• Working shifts as needed
• Working at the customer's other depots as needed

Who are you?

To succeed in the role of Trouble Shooter Technician, you are service-oriented, flexible, and organized. You have a strong commitment and can work well in a team. You communicate clearly and work in a structured manner.

Furthermore, you have a good ability to solve problems and are used to handling and balancing multiple issues, problems, and requests simultaneously.

• Strong technical interest and ability to solve complex problems
• Experience in technical work within industries such as automation, aerospace, railway, or similar, where repair and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and digital control systems are part of daily work
• Technical high school education (post-secondary technical education is a plus)
• Previous experience in the train or railway industry is a plus
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
